Titled "Synchronized Progress: Unveiling Synergies in the Nexus of Technological and Organizational Capital Complementarities," our research explores how these two forms of capital not only coexist but also amplify each other's impact on organizational performance. Through an interdisciplinary lens, we navigate the complexities of their complementarities, offering insights into fostering harmonious progress in the dynamic realms of technology and organizational management.
