This article highlights some problems and challenges in translation as it depends on the choice of all the principles of translation and methods.

Due to the recent increase in attention to the problem of language and culture, the paradigm of linguistic research includes the identification of national-cultural components in the meanings of language units at different levels. This component is more pronounced, especially at the lexical and phraseological levels. Vocabulary, as the level of language most closely related to the real world, is not only traditional in terms of semantic features of words, semantic relations of words (antonyms, synonyms), level of relevance and field of application (literary lexicon, dialects, special lexicon) needs to be described.

The article states that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides for the supremacy of international law in the field of human and civil rights and freedoms, the inseparability of fundamental rights and freedoms, the direct exercise of rights and freedoms, non-compulsory restriction of rights and freedoms. The article also studies the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which guarantees the rights and freedoms of the individual and citizen, equality, and the exercise of one's rights and freedoms must not infringe on the rights and freedoms of others.

The article analyzes Uzbek feature films created in recent years on the theme of the Second World War, examines trends in the coverage of this topic during the period of independence, as well as creative searches conducted to identify the theme of the war, its achievements and shortcomings. This article examines international soft law instruments (UNGPs and OECD Guidelines) in the field of business and human rights. It also includes a scrutiny on whether there is a potential to harden these soft law mechanisms. The author further analyses the way some national legislations (France, Germany, Switzerland) and judiciary (the British and Dutch courts) deal with human rights impacts of business activity. In this article, the scientific and philosophical aspects of the positive aspects of the moral and moral factors of the National idea on social development are revealed. Moral and moral factors are based on the fact that at a new stage of the development of our society a person has the skills necessary for a new life, accompanied by a change in the spiritual worldview. The fact that the conditions of stability are scientifically based: the consciousness of national self in society, the formation of National emotions-the substantive feature of the National idea.

This article analyzes concepts and doctrines on unfairness standard in Uzbekistan and the USA. The article shows that Uzbek Advertising law determines unfairness as the main conducts that might cause deception. However, unfairness is an independent category, which cannot be seen as a way of deception. Most interestingly, Uzbek law puts unfairness into the deception standard, which makes its enforcement complicated. Moreover, the State Program on Development Strategy of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 determines the special task to deal with counterfeit merchandise, which intends to prevent unfair competition and to protect manufacturer and consumer rights.

On the other hand, the US antitrust law introduced the legal concept of misleading advertising under unfair methods of competition and deceptive practices in commerce. This article analyzes the US traditional and modern standards of unfairness in advertising.

The article concludes that Uzbek legislature should clarify the borders of unfair advertising to distinguish this type of advertisement from deceptive commercials.

The main goal in language teaching is to meet the needs of students and provide them with comprehensive assistance in learning a second or foreign language. To achieve this goal, as being language teachers we need to find effective activities and strategies to meet our learners’ needs. In this regard, this article discusses current approaches in foreign language teaching and compares the differences between communicative approach and traditional approach. 

National and foreign experience (internal and external experience) of formation and development of constitutionalism, the history of the adoption of constitutions in Uzbekistan, the role and importance of the country's Basic law in the development of the national-state and law, and the comparative observation of the norms and provisions of the Basic Law of the Republic with foreign analogies are discussed and the experience of constitutionalism in the US, Great Britain, France is examined in this article.

The article analyzes the application of competitive mechanisms in the electricity markets. The substantiation of the possibility of competition in the electric power industry and the further development of this concept in practice can be considered particularly significant results of these studies. The article lists and describes the stages of the formation of the electricity market. The transformation processes that have passed and are currently taking place in the electricity sector are described. The difficulties encountered in the legal regulation of the electric power industry are analyzed.

Developing communication skills may give scope to the talented students to express their ideas to the world. Access to spoken English enables to transform our ideas, views, opinions, thoughts, emotions, to obtain information from others and to solve problems and issues. Spoken English is a gateway to improve and achieve success in career of the students.

This article highlights the current issue of derivation of compound verbs in Uzbek language in which requires the study of the phenomenon of compound verb formation in modern linguistic paradigms, in particular, in terms of the theory of derivation.
