UZBEK PHRASEOLOGY AS A SCIENCE

Abstract

Phrasemes are stable combinations, studied as a section of phraseology in a separate area of linguistics. Indeed, stable phrases, including the fact that phraseological units are recognized not only as semantic, but also as syntactic phenomena, stable phrases, in contrast to free combinations, and that fixed phrases are the building material of a sentence, in contrast to free combinations. This article describes the scientific views of linguists on word combinations and their components, as well as their syntactic relations, in particular, when studying word combinations in Uzbek linguistics.
